Direct West Corporation and its Subsidiaries have been a BC Sole Proprietorship since 2008.
The positions with us require the exercise of analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and personal responsibility, and the application of a substantial body of knowledge of principles, concepts, and practices applicable to one or more fields of administration or management. These positions do not require specialized education, but do require skills usually gained while attaining a college level education. Examples can be budget analysts and general supply specialists. These positions will most likely be filed by career employees that act in a managerial function.
Before then there was the bond of incorporations that were on the Provincial Registry in various Provinces such as BC, AB, SASK, MAN, ONT, PQ. The cronology of the Corporation is as such:
First, there was Direct West Natural Resources Ltd. It was formed in October 1999. It was a successful in its objective and gave us the basis of utilizing Industry Contracts. By 2001, it was a Company with 24 Divisions spread out across Vancouver, Williams Lake and Calgary. Which is now Incorporated in BC as Direct West Natural Resources Limited. Also incorporated Federally under the same name in Canada.
Then we Incorporated on the Provincial Registry of Alberta, Direct West Oil & Gas Limited, in February 2002. As a registry agent of Alberta and an Oil Supplier, allowed ventures and licensing for oil and gas in Alberta. It was made with the basic services such as oil exploration, oil supply, oil drilling and pipeline production. Which is now incorporated in the Ontario Provincial Registry as Direct West Oil and Gas Limited. Also incorporated Federally in Canada under the same name.
Once this was underway we reformed DWOG, with its newly made Provincial incorporation in August 2004. It was made with the annual income of the CEO, and assesed under oath to be made of 100NPV votes, 100,000,000 Public Class of B shares valued at 73.15/share, and 100,000,000 C class redemption value of 100.00/share. It is now a Federal Subsidiary of the DWCORP.
Then we constructed a local BC company named Direct West Communications with roughly 1,000,000,000.00 in total bond. With 100 NPV votes. Then after this based on the CEO’s income, we went public in the tsxve and had gotten our investment bond that we banked locally. The public telco has had a stock structure of unlimited votes, unlimited B class at 66.67/share and unlimited C class of 100.00/share. As well we had our money in bond freed up and began our portfolios for each of the would be 8 companies’ Treasuries. Formed in memory of Robert Stratton on November 23rd 2006. We currently are incorporated in BC as Direct West Communications Inc., incorporated Federally in that same name as well.
Then Direct West Natural Resources was reformed in the Province of Quebec, as a biomass supplier and mill contractor in Dollard Des Ormeau Quebec on August 2004. We ran as such administrated from Quebec, and a seasonal Silviculture program in BC. Today it is on the Federal registry as a Subsidiary.
Direct West Forestry, was formed with about 1,000,000,000.00 in incorporated value and with the CEO’s income, we incorporated locally in August 2007. Since then it has been a company that we have for logging and falling personnel and equipment.
Direct West Investments Inc was formed in Manitoba and its origins were made in BC and it was complete in 2008 and administrated by a Church member for about 1 year in 2005 before becoming the finance company for Direct West Communications Inc. Since then it has become a Federal Subsidiary.
Direct West International was formed Federally in 2008. It has 6 transfer accounts which disburse stock money to a wide variety of investment houses in China, Mexico, Japan, Russia, UK, and in the European Union.
8 Companies stated as One Parent named Direct West Corporation which has the trademark on such terms. A Subcompany of the DWCORP named Direct West Oil & Gas Limited. A Public Communications company named Direct West Communications as now registered Federally as a Federal Incorporation and a BC Provincial Incorporation. A Natural Resources Company named Direct West Natural Resources Limited. With that there is Direct West Forestry for our Logging needs. There is a church/charity orientated company for our taxable income on the BC Sole Proprietor registry named Direct West Investments and there is a Federal subcompany named Direct West International. Each with a stock portfolio and as a member of the BC Sole Proprietor Registry of Canada. Now a Group of 7 Companies within one Sole Proprietorship.
The Direct West Corporation with 6 Subsidiaries’. Four Federal Incorporations in Canada and three Provincial Incorporations in BC and Ontario, one California Incorporation as well.
