Direct West Communications Inc was first formed locally on November 23rd 2005 in remembrance of Robert Stratton. Later it was incorporated publicly in 2006 by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Then it became a subsidiary of the Direct West Corporation TM, in 2008.
Direct West Communications Inc was incorporated in 2014 By Borden Ladner Gervais. In 2020 It was incorporated in the Magna Carta of Canada and incorporated provincially in British Columbia.
